Quintin is a retired service member (Army) of 23 ½ years. He is currently an assistant Vice President at Bank of Hawaii serving as a Senior Risk Analyst. Quintin earned a MS degree in Cybersecurity Technology from University of Maryland Global Campus and holds the CISSP and CISM certifications. He has 3 children, ages 21, 16, and 13. Quintin was diagnosed with YOPD in February of 2022. Quintin joined the HPA board to better educate the military community on Parkinson’s disease in Hawaii and its available resources.
